Return & Refund Policy

At OrgaNatural, we strive to deliver premium quality dry fruits and snacks with utmost freshness. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a customer-friendly return and refund policy.

Product Issue & Delivery Policy

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery (Delivery Date + 2 days).

This time window is important so that we can coordinate with our delivery partner and obtain the Proof of Delivery (POD) required to process your request.

📌 Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution, as courier partners do not provide POD beyond the specified timeline.

📩 To report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Return Policy

You are entitled to return the product within 2 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaked during transit.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered.
  • The quantity or packaging is incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order ID, images of the product, and a brief description of the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
  • After inspection, a refund will be issued in the form of a discount coupon equal to the value of the returned product.
  • The coupon can be used for any future purchase on organatural0@gmail.com.

Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on clearance or during special promotions.
  • Items returned after 2 days of delivery.
  • Partially consumed or tampered items.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed for dispatch.
  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • If a cancellation request is accepted, then only you are entitled to receive a full refund of the entire amount.
  • For prepaid orders, if the customer cancels the order after it has been processed, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • For COD orders with partial/prepaid advance, the advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Ratanmaa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for various reasons, including but not limited to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
